Annie Rutherford

Annie Rutherford makes things with words and champions poetry and translated literature in all its guises. A writer, translator and events organiser, she currently organises all things bookish for the Goethe-Institut Glasgow, and is also researching the possibility of setting up a Writers in Exile residency in Edinburgh. Her latest translation, Nora Gomringer's Trilogy of Surfaces and Invisibilities, is just out with Burning Eye Books. Her previous translations include Gomringer's Hydra's Heads, and Volha Hapeyeva's In My Garden of Mutants.
