Julie Rea

Julie Rea is an award-winning short fiction writer. She is the recipient of the Scottish Book Trust Next Chapter Award and was mentored by Janice Galloway. She has been placed and shortlisted in many competitions and widely published in literary journals and anthologies, including ‘Gutter’, ‘New Writing Scotland’ and ‘The Cormorant’ and her fiction has been nominated for The Pushcart Prize. She is currently working on her first novel.
