Amy Jeffs is an author and artist printmaker. With a PhD in History of Art, she draws on her background researching medieval illuminated manuscripts and working with medieval collections to write and illustrate story-driven books about Britain's earliest texts and artworks.
Her first book, 'STORYLAND: A New Mythology of Britain', was shortlisted for Waterstones Book of the Year, 2021. Her second book, 'WILD: Tales from Early Medieval Britain', was published on October the 6th of this year. Amy illustrates her books with linocut and wood-engraved prints.
