Kat Gollock

Kat is an Edinburgh based photographer whose commercial work focuses on events, live performance and portraiture. She is also a teacher of photography, an exhibited photographic artist and a published writer on the subject.

Using walking as a starting point, her creative photographic work centres around landscape, often incorporating text to complement and enhance her images. Drawing inspiration from the narratives of both her own life and those around her, Kat uses her work to engage more consciously with the lived experiences of women in a bid to better understand our place in the world and the landscapes we inhabit both physically and emotionally.
